I know this is going to be a shock to some of you out there, but we are talking about toys. No really I can't believe I actually said it......toys.
Did everybody forget we are talking about toys. These are toys, so what if I get 100 rpm less than the other guy. Eventually they all end up as scrap anyway.
I have been flying since 1976 and have flown my share of RC planes. I still remember that they are toys.
Twice I have taken an RC plane and flown it straight into the ground just for the thrill of it. One was a quicky 500 with a Rossi 40 going balls to the wall. That was awesome! The other was a 25 size powered glider straight into concrete. Engine ripped to shreds. That was cool too.
I can do this because I remember that I am playing with toys and sometimes it is fun to smash your Tonka truck just for the hell of it. Remember when you were five and actually had fun with your toys. Don't get so attached to these things guys. Life is too short.
