I wish Balsa USA still offered the Thunderbug 40 in a kit because my Thunderbug was the best/most fun "2nd" plane of all time.

Converted to a tail dragger it's a great design. Flies great, easy landings. Balsa USA currently sells the plans only.

I googled "Thunderbug 40" and came up with a guy selling a kit on a club listing. http://www.rccd.org/Fly%20Market.htm One of you should jump on that. I'd buy it but have too many projects currently.

I think some Stiks land too fast for a 2nd plane following a trainer, at least mine did.
