The ailerons are made by marking the approximate size on the sheeting. The ailerons were made approximately 10" long . They were 1 3/8" at the widest end and 1 1/8" at the narrow end.
A red line is marked about 1/4" in front and behind the blue line. This is for the 1/4" thick balsa stick.
Cut out the ailerons allowing for the balsa sticks.
Cut the sticks to fit and glue them to the aileron and the wing. Don't glue the two sticks together.
Pin and tape the surfaces in place as needed. Allow to dry.
