Your 4-stroke will run just fine inverted. I know lots of guys who fly with an inverted 4-stroke and have no issues at all, and they don't have any glow drivers attached to them either. If you do use the inverted mounting, you'll also be able to add cylinder details to both sides which will look a lot better too.
