Press mode until you get the type of battery NI,CAD od? then turn wheel until auto is displayed then PRESS AND HOLD WHEEL DOWN FOR # SECONDS the charger will start. I am doing this from memory the charger is in my garage and I only have it for a week. If that does not work let me know. Doc
