Not me , I was asking questions , I have all my info now so I am done lol , I cant take the drama . My sugegstion on any post positive or negative is to answer the post in an eduacted manner , you gain signifigant credibility for the product by 1)addressing the comment good or bad , 2)establishing the features and benifts of the product to address the stated concern 3)and simply place closure on the comment if the negativity continues beyond reason and is a distraction to the original subject matter .
Trust me , I handle accounts and customer contact that dwarf any volume generated in the RC industry , but on the personal side I am also a certified level 5 USA hockey coach . I handle the most difficult consumer -the hockey parent , over 60 emails a week on "why is junior not in the NHL yet " lol

its better to adress concerns upfront and with real responces then to make them disappear , then you truely gain customers and really address any issues fact or fiction .
