RE: dazzler arf
Yup that is the major weak point in this plane, That's why I plan on the kit instead of the ARF. On the old ARF I have, I lost the nose a few times and it was looking pretty beat up so I finally got some 1/8 light ply and made it go around the wing some and epoxied it there, Didn't look the greatest but this one was really beat up looking. However whenever I took it to the field and people who never seen this one fly saw it.... They didn't expect much of a flight LOL They all seemed to have a different opinion of it after it flew. added a lot of weight after god knows how many repairs but it handled the weight without a problem. I'll try to get some pics of it this weekend. Although one wing is wrecked you will see what I mean with how beat this looks LOL The ply I added didn't even get covering, I just thinned some epoxy and painted it with that to fuel proof. i used to love the looks of the people who seen it before flight LOL. This plane had charicter and was a ton of fun to fly too even if it made a ugly stick look cute. This thing was so ugly I had to love it.
