Nice package in the pictures, I have one concern though regarding the stresses of the servo. Since there is a short, stiff link between the servo and the gear - isn´t there a risk involved in leading all the handling forces into the servo? Seems there should be some "override safety spring" or maybe you have tested it with applicable abuse?
