OPjose, I understand what you are saying. That could be made to work. It would be difficult to get exact and possibly require some creative servo positioning depending on the plane to make everythign clear but it is theoretcially possible as you have obviously proven. Flipping one servo forward and one backward though will not work.
Yeah it's not normally done. And it really looks strange... violating RC estetics... and it does nag at you as you wonder about setting things up this way...

I really prefer other solutions, such as a Matchbox, a reversed programmable servo, etc.

The one that didn't work well for me was the reverser units that are sold in-line built into a "Y" cable.
Other of my club members have experiened the same problems I have had with them, the drifting with temperature, and the POTS varying with usage.
