I would use a fixed(soldered) clevis at the throttle end and a threaded connector(http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...XD888&P=SM) sized appropriately for you flex cable with clevis at the servo end. The easy connects that w8ye referenced are used often. However, they do have two failure points. It is not uncommon for the set screw to loosen or the retainer clip to vibrate loose. The threaded connector, referenced above,allows you to cut the cable to the approximate length and then make final cable length adjustments by screwing the servo end clevis in or out.
