What Stick 40 said above comes straight from the factory. This is how they are SUPPOSED to be set at the factory, but sometimes they slip through QA with improper settings.

Anyone who has an Evo that is running poorly should do that check first.

I reviewed this engine when it first came out and mine was set wrong. After fussing with it for a few hours, I contacted the MFGR and he told me to do exactly what sticks said.

From that point on, the engine ran GREAT!
