I traced them in CAD a while back. I greatly simplified the construction, but kept the external outlines and dimensions.

Here is a small screenshot of the plans.

Right Click on the "attachment.txt" below and choose "Save link as..." from the pop-up menu. Then, rename it "beachcomber.pdf" and save it onto your computer. Be sure to get rid of the txt extension and replace it with pdf when renaming it.
