I don't think there is a specific term for this, but it's usually refered to as "full span ailerons".
I have mine set up so that on a 3-position switch, down is CROW or airbrake, middle position is normal flying, and up is full span aileron and elevator->flaps mix for fast rolls and tight loops. I swapped in 3" wide quad flaps so the roll rate is quite a bit faster with full span ailerons.
