The Bondo thread is about filling holes in the airframe. This is for a different application - plastic wheelpants.

Ihaven't tried to do something like this on plastic yet, but Iwonder how sanding the surface and using epoxy with microballoons would work...

The bondo thread addressed ths same subjects, sandable fillers and was answered.

This is the total content of the original post: "Can bondo be used as a balsa filler?"

The point here is to allow as much lattitude to a poster as necessary. Especially in the beginners forum. But, repeating a question is just that, repeating a question. There were replies that went into the types of filler for balsa and for fiberglass.

Added to this, there is a third posting, that one about wheel pants which is being addressed. Just how many times do you ask the same or similarquestion, Joe?
