i think I got it guys i will never accept defeat  i got it in the ballpark now just gotta get the low end to slowdown some more with out stalling it "plane" wants to keep rolling  took that carb apart again   eyeballed everything and cleaned it out but it pack together and it seems to be very very close now.   I have more time than money anyways
