Default RE: Jim Kirkland - Beachcomber

I would like to thank all those that responded to me with my last post, regarding the BeachComber by Jim kirkland. My son and I really injoyed flying it many years ago.
I was having difficulty finding the plans for it and Teamvortex, Kr9x, and raindave all resonded to me promptly and I was able to order the plans from AMA plans department though be it a bit confusing at first.
I just got the plans today and took a quick look at them and noticed a few changes from the old Veco kit as I remembered it. my wing tips were not dooped as I recall it, and there was no air scoop for the aileron servo either. Or is it possible my memory just went ka-put on me once again? I don't know of anything else yet but regardless, we will be building two of them soon I hope. Thanks to all that came to my aid in this. A special thanks to raindave as he aided me in getting plans for a Tri-Squire as well a while back which I decided to put on the back burner for a bit. I'll get to that this winter I hope. Happy flying guy's Steve. (Half Flaps) P.S. I never could find that last post, I just don't get along with computers at all!
