Like I said, I'm a free flight guy. I prefer stick & tissue, bigrubber bands and thermals to RC, but I wanted to get my kids involved in the hobby and thought RC might get their feet in the door. Sad to say this experience soured them badly. I can't tell you how many attempts we made to get a plane flying, how many trips to the hobby shop, how many hours reading the manual and online to try and figure out why I couldn't get the throttle below 50% (every try and land a plane with 50% throttle?). I'm afraid they're done. I will still be twisting rubber bands though...
