Installing CA hinges is an easy job, but it has to be done correctly.  Every one of my glow powered planes have CA hinges and work just fine and there is hardly a noticeable gap.  In fact, on my Skylark 70, one of the "club pro's" commented that he thought  I had sealed the gap on my ailerons and elevator because he couldn't really see a gap.  And, they work just fine with no binding and no throw problems.

Follow the instructions we've posted several times here on RCU (do a search on CA hinges and read through.. you'll find many references to how to install them correctly.</p>
