Iused to use them all the time on my basic small planes like Up-Roars and Telemasters, they work great and Ifound them if not easier at least cleaner then CA hinges. {I'm a CA pig!!} Iused Pacer Hinge Glue and it cleans up very well with water. Iinstalled them just like a CA hinge as far as my slots go. Icut the slot then drill a hole in the center of the slot so Ican get the glue in the complete width of the slot. On a big plane like the Sr. Telemaster Ialso drilled a hole through the LE/TE and hinge then glued a tooth pick through them to safety pin them. That was just a me thing and not something you must do, it was just a habit I got into because of the stress Iput a fun fly plane through.
