Here he is so far Kel.
Like I said he is a mess at the moment. He is /will be made up from an Officer and Gentlemen pilot being the legs and arms, a Chinese plastic head and shoulders from a sports pilot and leather helmet and goggles from a B&D (I think) kit pilot. (I'LL double check on the last bit)

I have cut the hair off the head (it was Elvis style) so the rubber leather helmet fits better and will need to shape the replacement with foam. The torso will be final shaped out of pink foam. The white foam is a prototype body. I have tried to make some MK8 RAF goggles with aluminium can material with little success so have to rethink that. I am on the look out for the right cloth to make his flying uniform that will cover his legs as well. I may replace the legs with wire and pink foam. He will have a Mae West, parrachute and harness.
My aim is to have him fill out the cockpit to the (my) right proportions and take on a life like pose both on the ground and in the air.
Like I said,,, He is a mess at the moment.
