it won't be a problem at 365, and some people even prefer a more nose heavy setup, i like a neutral setup so that's what i try to adjust for.

worst case on the air flow, just trim some of the inlet ducting in the V area out, it won't be too noticeable looking in the intakes and it gives more area for air from the front to get to the back.
