For engine, you would need to see what crank the car needs. I would reccomend a Dynamite .12SPD or Dynamite Platinum .12(is your car rear exhaust or side exhaust?), or you can go with an OS .12 TR or TG. NO aluminum, that is a downgrade for racing. You NEED better tires more than anything else.
