I'd leave the pinion alone. It's pretty small already. If you must, drop it down to 15 or 14 tooth.
Otherwise go with a 75 tooth spur and see where that gets you.
You basically put WAY too much motor in that car for the gearing. Fans and ehatsinks can't help when you massivly over gear a motor like you have.
