OK, something is not right, something is bad wrong.
I disconnected my door rams so I would stop beating the crap out of my doors....
This is what I have:
(Starting with the gear down and air pressure above the minimum fail-safe level of 50 PSI)
Gear switch in down position,Gear down, doors closed, brake system working....everything is normal.
Gear switch in up position, doors open, gear up, doors close, brake system disabled, again everything normal.
Now, I shut off the radio system....system purges any air pressure....normal.
I turn on TX, then RX (gear switch in down or up position as it makes no difference) and the gear deploy instantly however the doors stay closed.....BIG PROBLEM!
I have tried it in every way possible and I can NOT get the system to open the doors before the gear is deployed. PERIOD. Makes no diff if i turn on the RX only and try to cycle the doors with the manual button, AS SOON AS POWER IS ON THE SYSTEM THE GEAR COMES DOWN. NO EXCEPTION!!!!
An interesting note that if I try the same experiment in mode 1 the doors open and the gear comes out at the same time.
***??????
This VALVE is unusable for mode 2 with this condition, what am I doing wrong?
Reverse the 2 air lines that go to the gear.
then in the setup up from the valve reverse that valve , that should do the trick.
if not it looks like a bad valve..
or i am missing something.
