Here are two pics, not the best quality but the camera is somewhere and all I have on hand this late is my Blackberry

. The Blue arrow is pointing to the mystery nipple, the red arrow and circle is obviously the fuel inlet for the carb, which has a line on it.... The engine will not pull fuel without it attached to the vent line [&:]..... I actually had to squirt some fuel into the carb and use a syringe to get some fuel into the line so that it would start up and start pulling. The little elbow where the carb line nipple is was really blocked [:'(], I had to attach a small piece of fuel line and use a syringe to push fuel through the elbow(see diagram)to clear the blockage... I really had to push hard to clear the blockage, I may need to clean it out more, any tips???[&:] maybe take it off and clean it, it works fine now and the engine isnt starving for fuel, and there is a really good new filter on the fuel line.... works good now
