2500 flights!!! thats a lot of flying time on a engine. You are 100% right, this is by far the most reliable 2 stroke engine that I have used, not a single death stick or any other bad habit. The thing is that I had a bearing failure with a 50sx and it cost me the engine, and I really don´t want to risk this engine. Beside a good set of bearings aren´t expensive.
Probably change them is not needed, but I just don´t want to be worried.
