ok... not 100% sure what #64 rubber bands are, not sure what size my ones are at the moment.
You dont have to have #64 rubber bands. I have never used those and I've never had any problems. You can buy a bag for like 85 cents, I usually get mine a walmart. I use 12 bands, 4 on each side and then 4 crossing
