I think your interference could be caused by STATIC, from the tail belt & nylon gears. Also make sure your antenna from the RX is extended out behind the heli, not wrapped up under the landing gear. Also are you using a stand alone BEC, or the one built-in to your ESC. I found that the BEC that is built-in to most ESC's is weak and tends to overwork the ESC itself. Use a stand alone switching-BEC to power your RX & servos, also spray some STATIC-GUARD on the gears & tail belt, to reduce static interference.
