Good news and bad news.

Good news is I was able to get the "interference" to happen while using my test radio. This is good because it means the problem is not with my 9C (Thank God).
The bad news is disconnecting the BEC from the ESC and running the servos with another pack did not help.

I'm back to thinking there is some kind of short in either one of the servos, or most likely a bad ESC.
