Default RE: New Ultra Stick!

You will enjoy this plane a lot. I started with one. I sold mine (the red and white colour scheme) - sad I did that. Was a nice fun flying plane which you could really do a lot with. Glides very well, short approaches are a breeze and you can really slow it down for a landing.

The only problem I ever had with it was that the landing gears screws came loose during a flight. I only knew what the noise was after I've landed it with the half loose landing gear which was hanging on for dear life.

Fly the plane and have loads of fun with it. Mine was set up with flaps - only used them once to play around with. One thing I regret which I never did with the plane was trying out the dual ailerons.

It's reall value for money this plane and as soon as I can afford one again I'll get it.

P.S. I know someone who once told me on a windy day he deploys the flaps in mid air and basically the plane will just hang there.
