X2 on that Axial customer service sucks (I also have had problems with ''Paul'' from Axail and his lack of customer service skills). Dogman is an ARSE and lives to argue on these boards. If someone feels burned by any company they have every right to post there experience as a warning to others who might want to buy from said company.
