In order to keep things in chronological order, here is some baffle work I did on my extra Wednesday and Thursday.

With trial and error fitting I made a paper template to fit in the cowl just in front of the fins on engine cylinder. Once I was happy with the fit I cut it out of 1/32 balsa. I used some pieces of the same to create doublers around the edges. A couple curved pieces across the middle and a couple of air damns running down the sides of the cylinder. Sealed with 5 minute epoxy and painted with Top Flight Luster Coat. Weighed in just over a half ounce.
