Default Reassembling Flybar: Paddle Accuracy

Hey All,

I need to replace my flybar's seesaw holder and as a result, I need to remove the flybar's paddle nut/weight.

I'm wondering how accurate do i need to be when reassembling the paddle weight, as it can slide along the flybar somewhat and doesn't have absolute fixed position.

I was thinking I could slide the weight so that the end of the weight is even with the end of the flybar, but that is not the stock position.
If I do it that way, my paddles will be spread further out about a 1/4 of an inch on each side and the flybar thread will not be threaded into the the paddles thread. It will only be held on by the grub screw... probably not a great idea, but it will remove any measurement errors.

What do you guys think. I want to do this right.
