Ya after looking at it closer i dont think it will make any difference in the balancing. im using these nylon push rods that came with the kit so there skinny enough to pass eachother on the way to the tail.

I also was wondering whats the best way to cut the canopy out perfectly to fit around base so everything is flush. That plastic styrene or whatever it is always gives me some grief.
