Yep, for flaps or when you need them to both move same direction, check for movement, then install oriented right way. Example-servo horn pointed to left on both sides. Might not look as good as aileron installation, but being hidden in wing or covered with hatches, it won't be noticeable at all. Or, use a single servo to operate both spoilers, solves the orientation and saves weight as well.
