The boat has a flood chamber (round hole in transom) and still needs to be opened up more in transom (square hole). I am using a Speedmaster stinger for 3/16" shaft, .130 flex cable with a 3/16" stubshaft stepped down to 1/8" , a Speedmaster mini rudder 4" long with a 2" rudder bracket, a Feigao 380 8L brushless motor (and cooling jacket), an ETTI Navy 70 amp ESC, and a pair of 2S 3300 25C Enerland lipos that will be run in parallel
