Needs a little right rudder with idle.
Think I might need a little down elevator with idle as well but not sure... seemed to want to balloon a little on landing and in downlines I think it was pulling to the canopy.

Chuck.. get rid of any downthrust, or add a little up thrust if you're at 0 currently. This assumes you have the CG where you want it. Sounds like you're carrying some up elevator trim with the power on, which is then not needed with the power off.
Sounds like classic tailheavy symptoms to me...
