It's probably due to vibrations. I had same problem : few minutes recorded only and work fine at home. Supplier told me to put some foam. I've to do some tests now.

Most of the FlightCamOne videos I've seen online have been from either sailplanes or jets so the vibrations might just be the major cause of recording problem in prop planes.
I've yet to test mine on my jet but I'm lucky if I get more than 30-50 seconds of recording time on my prop planes.
