the hitec 225's are very popular servo for q500 racers and the likes, with good results, so two doubled up on your elevator should be fine, doxilia's suggestion to use the 9650 futaba sevos is even better in my opinion, the are used by glider and pylon guys for years and the heli guys love them for their 3d controls as well
