David, I would be able to help with the CAD stuff if you need. I had done this years ago with an IM ZLIN Z50L which was put together the same way wit Die Cut parts. Unfortunally I no longer have the drawings, scans or other info.

With electronic file transfer it should be a snap. Email if needed.
