thanks for your offer to assist and your interest in the project. Thankfully you're CAD volunteer #3. I'll keep you all in mind as I'm sure there will be plenty of CAD work to go around. For a starters, there are three models to be done, so you could each do one of them. The only caveat would be to standardize on a universal file format which in CAD shouldn't be a problem.

Once the CAD work for each model is done, it would be good to find a single talented volunteer to produce laser cut files for all three of them. A couple of forum members come to mind.
