Default RE: An MK 20 Size Conservation Project

I started with the Cosmos - a beauty and marvel of Japanese design and engineering!

Defintely bigger than your average 25 size model, at 52+" span it is, in my opinion, best suited for engines .28 - .35 in displacement with the MAX 32 SX and 35 AX probably being the star candidates (there are Webra's too but that would break the Japanese tradition somewhat). It is designed for a side mounted engine with either muffler exhausts or a tuned pipe running in the belly plan and the header partially exposed. To me, the ABC trio:
[ul][*] Aurora 25[*] Blue Angel 20[*] Cosmos 20
[/ul]
constitute the MK 20 size standards with the Skymaster 20 being the RE lone star of the quartet.

The photos below provide a general overview and specs of the Cosmos 20 (apologies for the questionable quality).

David.
