Yeah, Irish. A three blade should work just fine with the sea-bird. A lot of folks use them for ground clearance issues. They are not that efficient (less than two blade.... and, if you believe this, one blade with counterweight..). Many Pattern folks use them BECAUSE of the tendency to "brake" as you decellerate, or throttle down. They will slow it down faster than a two blade prop.
