The HS-55 don't use grommets and they aren't designed to accept them so you'd have to rig up something on your own. I ran these on a plane using a Norvel .074 without any sort of grommet though and had no problems. The tiny engines just don't vibrate like the bigger ones. Not sure on the OS .10 since I've never owned one.
