On my novus cp you have to plug in the heli then turn on the controller wait about 3-5 seconds and the heli will twitch centering all servos then give it a little throttle left tail it will arm the esc and now fly so try that plug in the heli then the controller mine will not arm if I turn on the tx first.

Oh ya I forgot you have to plug it in and turn on the tx and arm it in like 10sec. or it won't bind and stays in saftey mode and never turn off the tx before the heli it will go out of control and damn near destroy itself.
