You will have to try a few and see what works best for you.

With my 4-stroke I like a 10 pitch prop, but with a 2-stroke I drop to an 8 pitch prop. If my 2-stroke didn't lag when spooling up the 10 pitch I would use it.

I think someone here talked about using a 6 pitch but personally I like a little more speed than that. Most 'pattern' props are high pitch.
