Not really, it's a very straight forward build right out of the box. I made my N-struts out of 2-56 control rod with the snap swivels so I could adjust them if I needed to play with the wing incidence. I did have to fiddle with the top wing incidence so it worked out for me. If you don't understand incidence then get with a club member that does and owns a good incidence meter. People will try to walk you through it here on RCU but you really need someone to teach you how to do it sitting right next to you. Then you should have that person with you when you are doing the trim on the plane during flight.
If the incidence is off then the plane will do some little tell tail things in flight and someone in the know will be able to guide you through the trim.
Sounds like a big deal but all of us Bipe pilots have gone through the learning curve and had someone teach us. Just don't ever listen to the peanut gallery at the club/field. They are sitting back there BSing for a reason and for the most part it isn't old age!!
