First mount everything on the boat. Set your balance point. If it is stern heavy move the heaviest thing you can forward and try again. Once you get the balance point set, try running it again. If it still plows try raising the end of the motor that the prop is mounted to. The other end of the motor is the NON prop end. If that does not work, shoot the @#$% thing. Just kidding. You may have to move the B.P. one way or the other to fix it. Do not go more than a few degrees with the motor above or below level or it could affect the handling. Dennis
