You can try a new club, try finding someone local who might be interested in flying, put an ad in the paper for a ride-share...

The club van thing doesn't work for a few reasons: insurance and vehicle costs and maintenance costs are not cheap, and it's hard to designate people to be drivers. Most people are fine with carpooling and that generally works for most people who need it, but of course not everyone.

Maybe you can try park fliers? Then you wouldn't need a club?

My bike works just fine It's my first bike and all I want to do is ride it. Unfortunately my planes are WAY too big to get transport on a motorcycle, but I believe I will find a good balance between riding and flying at some point.
