Nobody flies more 3D in my 130 member club than me. Mine's got plenty of power with stock exhaust for anything I do. It rockets through long verticals. My main purpose is not to prove you wrong, just to tell people that the stock exhaust is a very good option. Your previous post about the lame duck statement is not what I'm experiencing. Not everybody wants to deal with the tuned pipe cons that I listed above.
I tend to agree here as well. Power options, like on cars have their pros as well as cons. If I have more than enough power to practice and successfully perform maneuvers that is as far as I go. Sure we could always want for more, but there is a fine line to power output and what fits on a particular airframe.
Saving weight adds horsepower - hands down. I have a 97 inch older H9 Sukhoi that the previous owner got down to 21 lbs with the DA85 stock exh it has more power than I think you would ever need. Putting greeves or something on it is only gonna weigh it down and for a marginal power increase its really not worth it. I realize its an H9 but even if an increase of 30% on tourque was gained, I would then have airframe concerns. If it is a lame duck I think I am confident in asking you to look at weight or airframe issues. Maybe I am wrong but thats where I would start.
I guess its all about matching airframe, engine, and incidentals that get you where you need to be with a weight vs strength balance.
